CO-LEADING GROUPS
An experiential workshop focusing on the skills, joys and challenges of
co-leading groups including:
advantages and disadvantages of co-leadership
contracting
co-gender/ same gender leaders
co-culture/ same culture leaders
development of co-leadership relationship
working in multiple roles
supervision for co-leaders
This workshop is suitable for trainers, social workers, group facilitators,
teachers, community workers and counsellors/psychotherapists.
Workshop co-leaders, Jim Batson and Claire Guy, have co-led educational,
therapy and training groups together and with others for 30 years. Claire is a
psychodrama practitioner and trainer. Jim is a transactional analyst and works
as a counsellor and counsellor trainer. Claire and Jim are registered
psychotherapists.
